Henry H.R. CoePresident
Hank Coe was born on April 29th, 1946 in Cody, Wyoming.  He has served 17 years in the State Senate and was President from 2001-2002.  He is an investment executive at Wyoming Financial Securities.  He is a past member of the Volunteer Fire Department.  Hank is currently a trustee at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center, a member of the Wyoming Business Alliance, a director of Shoshone First Bank, a past member and advisor for the Regional Airport Board and was a County Commissioner from 1978-1986.  He has three children and 4 grandchildren.

Ed WebsterVice President
Ed Webster was born on March 27th, 1944 in Cody, Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming law School in 1969. From then he served as a Legislative Assistant to United States Senator Clifford P. Hanson until 1972. The following year Ed became the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Cody and is presently still serving. He is also currently the District Court Commissioner Fifth Judicial District; a partner in Webster & Thompson, LLC; Director of Shoshone First Bank; Director United Bancorporation; Director Cody Medical Foundation; Park County Drug Court Executive Committee; Commissioner Cody Canal Irrigation District; and the President of Webster Motors, Inc. His past positions include partner in Housel & Webster from 1973-1979; Park County Justice of the Peace from 1976-1987; Sole Practitioner of Webster Law Office, 1979-1998; President Cody Chamber of Commerce, 1974; Director Cody Stampede Board, 1975-2000; and President Cody Stampede Board, 1980, 1981, 1983, and 1984.

Anne Coe Hayes
Anne is the granddaughter of Wm. R. Coe who left the original endowment for the Coe Medical Foundation that later became the Cody Medical Foundation. Her Family has long been involved in improving the medical climate in Cody.

Anne has lived in Cody most of her life. She and her husband, Jim, have been here for over 30 years. Their children, Margaret and Jay were born in the Cody Hospitals – Jay in W.R. Coe Memorial Hospital and Margaret in the new West Park Hospital.

Anne has always been active in the Cody community. She was on the original Parade committee for the Annual Fourth of july Celebration for 10 years, chairing it for one. She was member of the first Patron's Ball Committee at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. She was on this committee for a number of years heading up various sub-committees and Chairing the Ball one time. When the High School Booster Club was reorganized, Anne was the first President. The Boys and Girls Club is one of her pet causes. She is a member of the Olive Glenn Country Club having served on the Board for 1 3-year term. Anne is a Member Emeritus of the Planting Fields Foundation, which is located on her grandfather's Long Island Estate that he left to the State of New York upon his death. The Planting Fields Foundation has been instrumental in the restoring of W.R.'s home and estate. It has become one of the showplaces on the ’Gold Coast‘ of Long Island.

She is a co-owner of the Pahaska Tepee Resort, which is located outside the East Entrance to Yellowstone. She has been actively involved in tourism her entire life.

Doug McMillan
Doug McMillan is the Chief Executive Officer at West Park Hospital.  Doug has been CEO at WPH since 1997 and has been a hospital CEO since 1984.  Doug received his Bachelors Degree in Hospital Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota and Masters Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Colorado.  Doug grew up in Absorkee, Montana.  Doug is the Cody Rotary Club President, and Cody Youth Football President, and serves on several regional board of directors.  Doug is married to Debbi McMillan and they have three boys, Darrick, Dayton and Drew.  Doug enjoys watching his boys in sports activities, fishing, skiing and physical fitness training.

Carol Lea Roberts
Carol was born in Beaver, Oklahoma and graduated from Liberal, Kansas High School. She attended the Texas Women’s University and the University of Wyoming.  She was married to Dr. Thomas E. Roberts who was a veterinarian for many years in Cody and is now deceased. Carol has four sons, seven grandchildren and two great granddaughters. Carol moved from Kansas to Wyoming in 1959.  She worked as an office manager and assistant at the Cody Veterinary hospital.  She was an associate accountant for the Husky Oil Company. In 1984, she purchased the Iron Kettle Yarn Emporium and continues to run it today. Carol is a member of the following organizations: DAR Cimarron River Valley in Liberal, Kansas; Order of the Eastern Star-Past Matron, Daughters of the Nile, Past President, P.E.O., Soroptmist,Auxiliary to the Wyoming Veterinary Assoc., Past President, Auxiliary to the American Veterinary Medical Association-National Executive Board, West Park Hospital-Current Chairman, Cody Medical Foundation, Trustee

Stephen L. Simonton
Stephen L. Simonton has served on the Board of Trustees of the Cody Medical foundation for 16 years. Prior to his appointment to the Board, he served for ten years on the Board of Trustees for the West Park Hospital where he was elected Chairman for eight consecutive years. His leadership served the Hospital well during a period of growth. His vast experience in overseeing the day to day operations of the hospital made him a logical choice for appointment to the Board of the Cody Medical Foundation.

Steve is a Cody native who graduated from Cody High School in 1960. He attended Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania in 1960. While in college, Steve was Captain of the football team and president of his fraternity. He was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree with a combined major in Political Science and History in 1964. Following college, Steve entered law school at the University of Wyoming College of Law where he graduated 1967 and was subsequently admitted to practice law in the Federal and State courts in Wyoming.

Steve served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force as a JAG officer. He was stationed in McChord AFB in Tacoma Washington, Clark AFB in the Philippines, Tonsonut AFB in Vietnam and Warren AFB in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After his five years of service in the Air Force Steve, Steve opened his law office in Cody, where he practiced until 1975, when his brother George joined him to form the firm SIMONTON AND SIMONTON which continued until 2005. Steve continues to provide legal services as STEPHEN L. SIMONTON, P.C. to clients throughout the Big Horn Basin.

In addition to his work on the Cody Medical Foundation and West Park Hospital District Board of Trustees, Steve's dedication to community service includes 15 years as a volunteer fireman, 15 years as a member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors, including service as an officer and as president of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, and eight years on the Park County Travel Council, which distributes lodging tax funds to community events.

When he is not working for his clients, Steve enjoys activities with his two adult children, fly fishing, touring on his motorcycle, horseback riding, and public service.

Joe Tilden
Joe Tilden was born in Winter Haven Florida in 1950 and attended Saint Andrews School and Florida State University. He moved to Wyoming in 1971 and started his career in Guest Ranching Outfitting and Cattle Ranching when he and his family purchased Castle Rock Ranch on the South Fork of the Shoshone River in 1973.

In 1987 he sold the ranch and became an investment advisor with B. J. Leonard and Dean Whitter. In 1986 he Started The Trophy Connection, a booking agency for world wide hunting and fishing trips. He now manages The Big Hat Ranch on the South Fork.

Joe served on the Board of Trustees for School District 6 for eleven years, holding the offices of Secretary, Vice Chair and Chair. During his time on the board the district passed an eleven million dollar bond issue and with the help of a state grant were able to build a new Middle School, High School, Elementary School and renovate two others.  

His love of hunting fishing and the outdoors has lead him to be a member of Cody Country and Wyoming Outfitters and guides association, serving as a member of the board of both. He has been a member of the Boone and Crocket Club serving as Chair of the National Collection of Heads and Horns. He is the founding President of Sportsmen For Fish of Wyoming, a sportsmen's group 3000 strong dedicated to preserving Wyoming's sporting heritage. He continues to serve as their President.

Joe has 2 grown children and 3 grand children. 

Rich Petersen
Rich Petersen was born on March 7th, 1959.  He graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science from Northern State College, Aberdeen, South Dakota. In 1994, he became a Graduate of the School of banking at the University of Wisconsin. Rich’s work history includes; Senior Credit Administrator for 21 CFB banks – regional position, Fargo, North Dakota; Senior Lender, CFB, Hot Springs, South Dakota; President – Community First National Banks in Breckenridge and Fairplay, Colorado; Caledonia, Mabel and Hokah, Minnesota; and also Clark, South Dakota. He is currently the President & COO of Shoshone First Bank in Cody and Powell, WY. His community activities include Committeeman – Park County Republican Party; Treasurer – Cody / Yellowstone Air Service Organization; Treasurer – Park County Mental Health Center; Board Member – Northwest College Foundation; Knights of Columbus an the Cody Lions Club. He has been married for 26 years and has 4 children.
